Job Description: I need a plumber for an unclog drain. I have a clogged drain at my home. The drain is washing machine. The clog is causing standing water. My sink is made of in shower. The sink is located in the no sink. When we run our washing machine with clothes in the laundry room water comes up in the adjacent bathroom. This tells me the water line from the washing machine is blocked or clogged. My guess is I need it snaked.It only happens when I run the washing machine (for clothes)

Job Description: I need a carpenter for a countertop repair. The countertop I need repaired is in my kitchen. I have a Corian countertop. I need a crack repaired on my countertop.

Job Description: The wooden railing on our balcony is damaged and needs to be replaced. We would like to replace it with a wrought iron or other metal railing. The balcony is approximately 3'x7' with railings on two sides attached to the house (stucco walls) and to a corner wooden post. Additionally there is some damage to the stucco where the current railing attaches to the wall; this would need to be patched.
