Men arrived on-time but without their truck/van with most of their tools and supplies, so they had to use my tools and materials and spend an hour (time that I paid for) going to Home Depot to purchase mostly incorrect supplies, possibly due to communication problems since one guy did not speak much English and the other did not speak much Spanish. Work on bifold door installation was not completed as expected: not centered, seams not patched or sanded, in terms of being ready for me to paint. Wall cabinet dirt/mildew was not cleaned adequately prior to installation, so I will likely need to have it taken down to have the back cleaned due to the smell, Also, without asking me, they used a large piece of my spare floor board to brace the wall cabinet, leaving it with an exposed screw in the center that I can't remove. Chest freezer was put on wheels, but wheels not extended fully or positioned for stability, so now freezer wobbles. Tracked in lots of dirt and mud without bringing/using drop cloths or cleaning/vacuuming up grit. They seemed like they were in a huge hurry to depart, even turning down the option to stay and install an additional wall cabinet. I am still waiting for final receipt to be sent to me.

Pro was great. Showed up on time and completed it fast

The guys are so nice and approachable. The manager stayed himself with the handyman to help speed up the process. His young kids also helped. I liked their work. They ended up using some of their materials to make the desk stronger. They also offered to get rid of the big empty boxes that were left and that would have made my apt a mess.

Contractor did s good job.

He arrived on time as scheduled and spent a good deal of time explaining his credentials and the job he was going to perform. There was a significant increase in price over the original quote, which he attributed to the actual quantity of seams which needed repair. I feel as though the product he used to seal the gutter seams was excellent, and am sure that my gutters will no longer leak. Of course I won't know until it rains! I wish the price had remained the same, as he was actually the most expensive quote I received even before he raised the price upon inspection. There was also the added charge of additional product needed (he didn't bring enough to the job site) and the gas he charged me for travel to the store. I would give him a very good review in spite of this, and I would be sure to get a firm quote from him prior to any additional work.

We had an excellent experience with AGC. They were very professional, arrived on time and finished the job with efficiency. Arcadio (owner) was very upfront about what the entire service was going to cost us and we felt that he offered us a fair deal. We are going to employ their services further in the spring for other odd jobs around the house.
