ABOUT ARTISTIC HOMES
Scott started in the building industry at the age of 15. He worked as an apprentice for M.W. Fleming Construction, a small custom home builder in Pacific City OR. In 1992 Scott was asked to join Ken Sliger construction in Friday Harbor,WA. (San Juan Islands). Scott worked side by side with Ken learning all aspects of the high end custom home market. Ken's artistic eye and high level of detail made him one of the top builders in the San Juan's . Scott has now adopted his own style of custom home building and brought it to CA. with Artistic Homes by Scotty.
