I've dealt with my share of dishonest people in this profession. As a matter of fact, I'd had one guy come to my house and quote a job for $5,000 and he was planning to bypass my sprinkler system. Arrowhead came out and did a proper assessment of the situation. By the time they'd left, I'd spent less than $300.
I also had Arrowhead come back out and do some work for my homeowners association. Once again they did an excellent job and was very affordable.

Arrowhead Plumbing was referred to me by a neighbor who had the same problem that I hadbusted water pipe under the driveway. I called and spoke with Derrick who was very friendly and professional. He came out evaluated the situation .. he advised that the power companies had to come out mark off the power lines before they could begin any work. I thought it would take a couple of days, but they all came out before he left! That's quick service. He called me later to advise that everything was a go and the crew would be out the next day to complete the work. The crew was exceptional!! All work was done professionally, they explained what was going on throughout the process. After they finished they cleaned up and put everything back the way it was originally. I am 150% satisfied and would recommend them for your next plumbing needs....

Arrowhead Plumbing was referred to me by a vendor. On 3 occasions Leo came out to “fix” plumbing issues. Each time I got an appointment within 24 hours, and Leo was always exactly on time. He was very thorough in advising me of the problem and its solution. The price he quoted was what I paid – no extras. He never suggested equipment / services I didn’t need. In fact, on one visit to repair a fridge, he advised that he could make the repair, but it would be too expensive for an appliance of that age that would probably continue to have problems and, if it were his, he would just buy a new one (which I ultimately did – from Sears). And then he didn’t even charge me for the call – said he “didn’t do anything”. His work always appeared professional. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and fast. And he left everything spotless. In my contacts with the company I get the feeling that honesty and great customer service are important to them. I have no idea where their prices rate. (I don’t have the time or the patience to have 2 or more repairmen come out to give me a quote on a job.) I have to assume Arrowhead is competitive (plus they have coupons on their website that they honor). In any event, I feel they are a quality provider. I will continue to use them and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had the main water line to the house to break. Arrowhead was the only company who was willing and able to install the new water line under our concrete slab. They had the 'technology' to make this possible, and it was completed in an expeditious manner. Both Derrick, the owner, and Stacy who performed our services were outstanding individuals to work with. Top Quality, Professional, and Honest. We would recommend them wholeheartedly if you are in need of plumbing services. Customer satisfaction seems to be their motto of operation. I even received a telephone call the next day to see if everything was working well, and whether we were satisfied with the work performed. It's hard to find this type of quality and reliable service these days. Thanks for a 'fantastic' job.

While out of town on business, my water heater began having problems, I found Arrowhead Plumbing on-line and after reading so many great reviews I gave them a call.
