I had a 5am appointment which is really early. the cleaning job was going okay up until the point when they rushed out on me to their next booked appointment without cleaning the dust around the stove and i had to insist they clean better before rushing out on me. the coat closet was left undone as well as the kitchen cabinets. i had to ask for them to come back and clean those. In the end i had a floor around the stove that still had construction dust, and my bathroom grout could have been thoroughly cleaned. after putting on bleach solution it was coming off, but it need strong scrubbing. I would have given 5 stars if they fully cleaned the unit and did not rush out on me.

Ann-Marie I believe her name is, called right back when I called her. She called while her crew was working to check on the job. The guys who did the job were very respectable and funny and they did a wonderful job cleaning.
