I have spent all day trying to schedule a delivery with this company's Norwalk office. It has been a nightmare. First there is only a voice mail. Then someone called back and said they could not deliver up stairs. When I agreed to meet at the bottom of stairs to retrieve package she hung up on me. That was 10:30 am. I've called back 4 times since then and received NO call back. It is now 5:30pm. This is just to SCHEDULE the delivery!

Avoid at all costs. Everything i have ordered from the internet and delivered by this company has arrived damaged. They are slow to return shipments and difficult to get a hold of for customer service. They don't wait for you, not willing to let you inspect your shipment, poor attitudes and terrible delivery schedules. F rating. Its worth it to pay $100 for shipping from some other shipping company than have these people show up at your house.

This company was sub-contracted to complete a delivery for me. I took the day off work to wait at home during the scheduled peroid... that was confimed by them. NO SHOW!!! Call to talk to someone multiple times and the receptionist just kept forwarding me to different voicemails. I hope Overstock stops using them for deliveries. With this company, you can count on no show deliveries and voicemail!
