I do large and small remodels, baths, kitchens, and additions, repairs and handyman work, custom carpentry, and I'm a Building Performance Institute Certified Building Analyst, which means I can perform a series of tests, observations, and calculations at your home to assess energy efficiency, air quality, and safety. I can then make recommendations for improvements that will make you and your family more comfortable, save you money on energy bills, and even help you collect thousands of dollars in rebates and incentives.
