TESTIMONIALS
My 8 years old Kenmore fridge stopped working last week. I was able to have it fixed that same day even though it was right before the holiday! I would recommend Airflow Appliance very highly. Don't know what I would have done without them! Alex provides excellent service in a friendly, genuine, and non-intimidating manner. He goes above and beyond your expectations, giving you lots of maintenance tips along the way.

I used Airflow Appliance Repair to fix my refrigerator because it had stopped working.
I would highly recommend them. The guy was very fair. He fixed a malfunctioning switch. He said that he could also repair the motor but he would try a lesser repair and see if that would hold and if not he would come back. The repair was perfect and has worked great since. He was very honest and said that it was just a switch instead of repairing the whole motor. I would definitely use him again.

My Whirlpool refrigerator had leaking water dispensing with constant dripping and wouldn't shut off. Tech was Russian. Not much for small talk but great with being focused on the issue. He seemed very knowledgable about his work and actually hummed a Christmas song.... They arrived on time, got the job done. Cleaned up and assisted with relocating the refrigerator back into the space. I'd taken it out originally. $79.00 for replaced solenoid unit that was worn out in the back of refrigerator. Less than an hour for all to be completed. He had the parts...that's the big thing. So frustrating to have an independent guy out and he doesn't have parts? I would recommend this firm for appliance issues. We have Maytag washer/dryer units that sometimes need to be addressed. I would recommend this company again.

The milk in my Whirlpool fridge was spoiling in a 2-3 days time. I tried to adjust the temp control to set it to the lowest temperature possible but it didn't help.
I called Airflow Appliance Repair to take a look at it. The mechanic that came over replaced worn out damper control.
He also cleaned the dust and lint under the fridge (I have two dogs and never have time). He told me it's necessary to do every now and then to make the refrigerator work more efficiently and showed me how. I paid $185 for the repair and could not have been happier with the result!

One off the burners on my Viking stove stopped working. I know that Viking appliances are more complicated and I was a little hesitant to call any company but Viking. Unfortunately, the warranty I had on the stove expired a while ago and I had to choose a new repair company. One of my friends recommended Airflow.
The guy that came over was pretty funny and friendly but the most importantly, he knew his stuff. He figured out that the burner got stuck and the valve needed to be changed. I called Viking, ordered the part and schedule with Airflow to come back to replace it. Paid $95 and so very happy with the service I got from these guys. Ask for Michael if you decide to give them a chance.

I had a problem with my GE profile fridge. The light in the fridge went out, and I was afraid that it was caused by some big electrical problem within the fridge. The repairman, Max, came and was really honest and told me it’s a small problem and there’s no reason to replace any major parts or anything like that. I really don’t know ANYTHING about repairs, and I was really happy that he didn’t take advantage of me. This is a really great service to use if you live in Los Angeles area. Thumbs up Airflow Appliance Repair!

My Fisher and Paykel dishwasher was really dirty so I tried to clean it myself. I took some things apart and then it stopped draining all together. I called Airflow Appliance Repair and they were able to give me a same day appointment. They found a piece of glass stuck in the pump, and then cleaned up the pump for me. They were very honest when they told me I didn’t need any new parts but that my machine just had to be put together correctly again. The tech Michael was great. Would recommend them to all.

My GE Profile microwave was making humming noise and then stopped heating altogether. Airflow technician changed magnetron for $173. He also fixed my leaking dish washing machine after I asked if he was a specialist in that area. The door was fixed and it stopped leaking. I was given peace of mind and to me this was very important!

My front-loading washing machine is making lots of noise as the tub rotates on the wash and (especially) spin cycles. I called Sears, and they told me that it is likely a spring that has come loose/broken that holds the wash tub in "true" when it spins. The machine goes through all the cycles with no problem. I described the problem when I called Airflow and they dispatched technician who already had the description of the problem and even the part ready. I didn't have to explain it again as he new more about my washer than I did. The repair - 4 springs were replaced - was quick. The price was pretty reasonable - I paid $30 for parts and after 15% off labor discount ended up paying $76 for labor. I'm happy with outcome.

Scheduled an appliance service with them online. Next morning, I received an email confirmation AND they called my cellphone to confirm the appointment. I requested a 6pm to 9pm appointment timeslot. The appliance guys arrived at 9:00pm. I actually expected them to not show up since it was getting late. Their office is in Van Nuys, but they still showed up to my Irvine home late on a weekday night - awesome. They fixed my washer/dryer in less than 1 hour. Also, they took the time to explain to me how to use my washer/dryer in the safest way to avoid any damages to the machines. It was close to 10:00pm when they were done, but they took their time to explain how to use my machine.
I received excellent service from these guys... would hire them again for their courteous, patient service. 5-stars for still showing up for my service request so late on a weekday night, and also for taking their time to teach me some tips on using the appliance instead of rushing out the door!

I had a washer, dryer and refrigerator fixed a few days ago. I called Airflow Appliance Repair and spoke to Jackie. She told me that someone would be out between 1-3 and sure enough, right on the dot he showed up at one o'clock. He had a very friendly, professional attitude and got right to work. While he started in on my appliances, he explained what needed to be done and took me through everything step by step. He was very clean and careful, and his work was quick and precise!
I used airflowappliance.com website 15% off labor discount and got a good deal on all three repairs!
He explained what went wrong with each appliance and gave me tips on how to keep them running and healthy for a very long time. I even got an invoice which gives me a guarantee on all items and a card with the number for the business. I'm very happy with everything and will be calling back if anything else breaks down. My friends will also be referred to this company. With over 40 years experience and such a good
disposition, I feel my appliances are in good hands with this company!

My wife and I had recently noticed that it started taking longer and longer to dry our clothes (we have Kenmore dryer) and clothes were still hot and damp after cycle end.

My cousin who had similar issue awhile ago told me it could be improper venting or a clogged vent. Well, I tried cleaning it the best I could but it didn't really help.
Airflow was easy to find online and easy to schedule an appointment with. Their technician arrived on time and had the thermostat replaced. He also gave us some tips

on how to maintain the dryer to avoid future problems and cleaned the lint duct out (which was filthy even though we clean the lint after each load, the lint duct catches
larger pieces that do not get caught on the lint screen). Overall, I'm happy with the service and would recommend this company.
