  • the level of detail included in their profile
  • their customer ratings
  • their responsiveness to customer needs

Once a pro takes the Redbeacon oath, they’re expected to deliver a high level of service every time. If they fall short, they get a strike on their record. And, as the saying goes, three strikes and they’re out. We simply won’t work with them anymore.

The Fine Print

Our service guarantee covers any job that is not completed to satisfaction because of the failure of our pros. Moreover, in the unlikely event that the provider causes damage, we will pay to have it repaired up to $1,000. We will select the new provider to conduct any repair work that may be necessary.

In order for our service guarantee to be in effect, you must abide by our Terms of Service and select one of our screened and approved providers. We’ve done our homework on them and are willing to stand behind their work. Our providers are highly experienced, registered, licensed and bonded in their specific fields.

For the guarantee to be in effect, all aspects of the transaction have to go through the Redbeacon platform. You will pay your service provider directly, but you must disclose to us the scope of the work and the amount you are paying, along with copies of any contracts if we ask for them. If the scope or the contract changes during the job, you must tell us in order for our service guarantee to be in effect for all of the work.

You have to be straight with us. We play it straight and we expect you to as well. If we find that you’re not, we’re not going to pay.

Our service guarantee is not insurance. It’s expert assistance and the resources to get things moving and fixed so you don’t have to wait for insurance companies or argue with vendors. We’re going to take all that headache away from you.

You’ve probably got homeowner’s insurance and our providers are insured. In the event that you have any insurance that would cover any damages that occur that we have paid for, you agree to assign any rights to insurance claims you may have to us after we’ve paid and assist us in any way we may need to recover money to which we may be entitled.
